If you do not have a Character with "Ichika" in their card name, you cannot play this card from Hand.

Send the top two cards of your Deck to Waiting Room, choose up to one Level X or lower Character with "Ichika" in their card name in your Waiting Room, add it to Hand, look at up to two cards from the top of their Deck, place them on top of Deck in any order. If the chosen Character's Level is 3 or higher, you may choose one of your opponent's Characters, return it to Hand. X is the total Level of cards sent to Waiting Room by this effect. (Climax is considered Level 0)
