And if you have 3 or more, deal 1 damage to your opponent.

AUTO - {CX Combo} [(1) Discard 3 cards] This ability only activates up to once per turn. At the end of this card's attack, if you have the Pants CX (098) in your Climax Area, you may pay cost. If you do, Stand all of your other {copies of this}.

Note: If you opt not to pay cost for the combo, you can't later restand it and try to pay the cost and resolve the ability afterwards. If the timing hits, and you opt not to pay the cost, it still counts as the once per turn activation. Also, the burn from the first effect is on play.
