Choose 1 opponent's Character with Level 1 or lower. During the next opponent's Standby Phase, that Character cannot STAND. Reveal the top card of your Deck. If that card is Level 1 or higher, add it to Hand. (Climax is considered Level 0. If not, return revealed card to its original position)
